Thank you soooo much!
It's 3" in and dual 3" out. I'll try to hurry up and get it on the car, they have been just kicking around for a while now...

Thank you!
Sadly a chop saw for now and a disc sander... Then use a 3M exl wheel on the bench grinder to de-burr the edge and to get that satin polish finish...

Nice JET horizontal bandsaw is on its way soon!!!

Some gorgeous headers you made there! How much would you charge for a set? No one out here has any 2.2l headers or exhaust stuff for that matter.

-edit- Ah crap just saw post date. Sorry to revive such an old thread.

No problem here! Thanks for the kind words! Sent you a PM regarding your questions.
I'll try to post something up here soon as I've made some changes to the 2 exhausts I've made...

I just found this. Those are some VERY unique welds... I've seen many...but not like that. Can you describe your roll? Or post a video of you working your rig w.o power?

How low of an amperage do you have to go to get that nice weld? What;s the gauge of the stainless ?

Beautiful work! and on a classic Legacy!

I am not hating, just curious... is the inside of the suspension tower rusted on the outer wall? its a simple fix I've had to do to every Impreza I own. Just wondering if the Legacy's do it too. I love the unequal length headers, it must be F****** amazing to drive!
