Default E85 Ethanol content?

It use to be that E85 had around 85% Ethanol with a small differing range (70%-85%) . However, it now states 51%-83%. Which is considerably wider and lower, which can be problematic for cars tuned for a more specific and higher percentage.

For the people that has Ethanol content analyzer setup in their cars. What percentage of Ethanol are you seeing now day?

I have the Cobb Flex Fuel, and my last fill up was 2 weeks ago and content was 82% and it should drop to E70 here within the next month.
