Default Ej20k maf messed up?

So in running power fc and it's my daily driver, last night I went to start the car, it bogged and sputter and lots of smoke in exhaust than stalled. Look at the power fc and it says my injector duty is at 100% and maf voltage at 5.1v engine off. So took apart the maf and found the solder came off a terminal, so fixed that.

Put everything together key on engine off its reading 0.07v start it up it reads 0.5-0.6v and than it stalled. Wideband on max lean, so decided to add fuel in the correction.

Maxed out fuel correction on the commander and finally got it to idle but still runs like crap. Looking at previous logs at idle I'm getting 0.8-0.9v

So is the maf messed up?

I also tried to rescale maf load points higher and got it driveable but scared to go past 3000rpm.
