Default diode burned up and rough idling

ok so after swapping my my new power fc out for my just returned and everything checkout ok from apexi old power fc which im starting to believe has a tune on it. the new fc idle was normal around 700 rpm but had issues with rough idling around after 4k not in gear so i hooked up the old one and it idles around 2k but has no issues at all reving to 7k...keep in mind that the front 02 sensor isn't hooked up at all since it was yanked out by a tow truck company(my guess is that its the o2 sensor) and the check engine light did not come on with the new fc but only with the old one.

now for the diode buring up heres pictures of it and a diagram that i have

question is anyone have an idea of why that woulda happened with the old fc and not the new and what would cause it and how to fix it.. also car wont turn off when i take the key out so i know it could the ignition assembly?

Default

forgot to mention the 4 goes to the fuel injectors...so that means that 2 wires and a diode controls the fuel pump relay, main relay and fuse 16 which i believe is fog lights but ill have to go look in the car which would be random
