In California what you said has nothing to do with it. You both are wrong.

Chevron blew up a refinery in Richmond not to long ago. Which dropped supply, Then a LA unit lost power and had to **** down. The LA issue spiked gas prices 60 cents over night alone. Old school supply vs demand.

As for the government. They should regulate the price of gas back down to $2.30 a gallon. Who ever adds this to their election ticket is sure to win. Who needs oil money at that point. They will win without it. And so what that big oil only made 8 trillion last cycle vs. 19 trillion. They are causing another economic crash.

The 1st of the year is going to be very bad.

I agree there. The 11 trillion dollar difference is mostly back in our pockets which is good for the economy

CA government is bs. Impose taxes per gallon, have a special blend so we burn gas "cleaner"

I went through Needles CA yesterday, pulled off just too look at the prices. Something like 5.80 for premium. Two dollars cheaper once you get into AZ.

$3.83 for 87. $37 gets me 400+ miles, though.

Obviously, I was filling up the Prius v.
