I London Ontario we are paying 4.24 per American gallon.
In Quebec they are paying 4.32 per American gallon. Those
prices are for regular gas - premium prices vary i paid 4.70
per American gallon for 91 octane.Gas prices are a joke. I
know of at least 2 station owner who call around to check
prices in other stations and adjust their price accordingly.

Here in St Catharines we are $4.72 for 87 and $5.71 for 94. It's all a game...they know we have to buy it no matter what. Sure people try to stand up and boycott the gas companies...but WTF do you do? Miss a week of work? They have us by the nuts and they know it.

Many oil refineries have out dated equipment from the 70's and if they updated, it would make it much more efficient, but they are making too much money right now so who cares? Also when hydrogen comes more readily available, they will some how limit it and make up some BS excuse to charge a ridiculous amount and then keep jacking up gas prices. They don't want you to have more efficient cars or to move away from gasoline/diesel because that isn't good for them.

Venezuela actuallyhas cheapest gas in the world at just around 3 cents US litre, thats right, 3 cents a litre, or approximatley 12 cents us a gallon, for all us canucks, we convert gas price by multiplying by 3.79 so I paid 1.369 /L or appx 5.18 /gal for 94 octane chevron with no ethanol.

That's like saying everyone in Saudi Arabia is a millionaire... Which I believe it can actually work out to be if you divide the oil moneys coming into the country but it doesn't quite work out that way... Subsidized gas prices are not the same as normal gas prices around the world...

Regardless of the fact its subsidized by the gov't it still is the cheapest gas in the world is it not? I never claim all saudis are millionares, just bringing up a point to those saying the 'muricans have the lowest gas price, which is not the case...

I consider myself lucky. I have only found one gas station that has it in my area and it USED to only have 91. Also, it's next to my house.
