Hey Januch, how much was it to get a rear view camera installed in your trunk? Also with that double den did you keep the BT functionality?

TBH, if you plan on doing subs, make sure you spend the money on sound deadening to prevent really bad rattle and what not. I've tried multiple things and nothing seems to work perfect, but I'd invest in foam, dynomat, and w.e. else will create a layer between the trunk and rear deck. Good luck. |

Idk who quotes you 600 for that stuff but that's rediculous. Do the work yourself and it'll cost you less then 100 in parts. Rear deck takes 20 min to get out. There plenty if write-ups on it. The sub will add to the rattles but sound deadening will help a huge amount. |

The FX300 is more for daily driving but is still able to hold big power , the FX400 made for the track because it is alot more grippy and would suck to drive on a day to day basis.
Just all depends what you want to use the sti for (dd or track) |

6 hours of porter cable: clay, compound & wax......B-E-A-UTIFUL!
Added some gloss black vinyl for the chrome window trim delete. I'm at about 450 miles on the new motor. Did one oil change so far and no metal shavings in the oil at all. Scheduled to be tuned on the 16th of this month! Here's some pics! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by Januch09; 05-07-2013 at 09:21 PM. |
