Default Odd wear on my drive shaft

Sorry for the cell phone quality picture. Was giving myself an oil change and noticed a blemish on my drive shaft. It wasn't dirt, and when I tried to shake it to check if it was loose there was very little play if at all. Is it something I should be worried about? I haven't really noticed anything wrong (or maybe I haven't driven hard enough to notice). What else could it be? There isn't a whole lot in that general area, the firewall is a good 2 or 3 inches away and I don't think I scraped it recently..It wasn't there last time I changed my oil

Dude it's just a Subaru paint fail! Don't worry about it, or paint it!
