I'm setting up for DD with possibly a wheel n tire setup for autoX.

I just want to beat the guys in our club lol. Since the headers I want will put me in SM I highly doubt I have enough money to be competitive.

Sam Strano I believe is STX champ and runs 17x9.

I don't see any reason to go bigger unless you're in SM and turbo'd and want huge brakes

I needs more down force in the rear... So I'm in the market for a huge wang, and I'll be making a ton of adjustments in the rear suspension.
Hopefully I can get it to stick to the ground and not hop all over, cause I'm losing so much time from that

Stx is a tough class... With Shane and Jared, those two are stupid fast and have some sort of which craft done to their cars

The header I want requires spal fans and coolant reservoir relocation so I'm pretty sure that's sm....

Think I'm going with 225/45/17 Dunlop sport maxx RT's....DD with auto cross possibility...maybe something more next year

Are the hp gains that significant to use that kind of header?

The headers not out yet so that remains to be seen.... But the price is pretty much the same so if it's 5-10 HP more I'm going with it

Speaking of sounding like a real subaru I finally got to hear what my car sounds like with the new turbo kit/el header and it makes me a little sad.

So, I'm getting what could potentially be a horrible idea. Lol. Seriously thinking of buying a bike. Hmmm.

I've had this idea for almost a year now, but the urge to buy one has greatly increased within the last 3-4 months

Stay in C stock. Get some sticky tires and drive the car. No sense modifing your car if you don't know how it works with your driving style. Once you learn how your car drives and what you want to change, then modify.
