Yeah I think I know him . Is there a place around where I can check my af ratio? I like to think the typhoon intake is doing OK, read a lot of reviews on it some guy posted his af ratios on his 2010, but now I can't find the thread. Aside from the sound there is a noticeable difference in the boost and spooling of the turbo. The turbo used to cut out around 5500rpm and now ...well I can't tell ya where it cuts out at I usually shift at 6k and there is still plenty of boost going. It also spools quicker then before. Getting from 1st to 2nd smoothly is now a trick. Anyways it would be nice to get my af ratio checked just to make sure I'm OK. I know if af ratio is too out of wack it will trip the engine light (had a lot of issues with it when I first bought it). But I have never had the light come on with the typhoon. From the posts I've read on different sites it seems that the typhoon on the newer version of the wrx is relatively untested and as a result met with a lot of hostility. It reminded me of reading threads between the evo and wrx drivers lol.

I heard isu does tuning anyone ever used them? A guy that comes into my work supercharged is Tacoma and said he got it tuned up there for next to nothing and did like 9 pulls on the dyno.

Do you have any gauges installed? I would just get a quick ots tune for it if your not tuned for the intake. Rather play it Safe.

Do it in the new 3d di-noc carbon stuff... Not perfect, but tons better than the old stuff that was just colored-checker-pattern.
If you want i have some you can look at or we have the dodge stereo surround done in it.

I have the software to log and add a tune but you'll have to find/buy the tune and I don't claim to be a tuner...meaning I don't know how to edit your tune just flash it if you want

I can find out if your car is happy stock and again with the new tune...

Next thursday. I think we'll change locations, though. Panda Express is just to small. Costa Vida has plenty of parking, room inside and decent food. They get my vote!

next week I'll be available.... I don't have an afr gauge but I can see if you pulling timing if you have corrected afrs and what your idle is.... search for torqued performance and give eric a call. (85 for a Stg 1 tune) should be able to give you a revision for your intake but call to make sure

Eric has a map for that intake as I have the map for that intake for my car.
Just need to pull up and see if anything in stored in long term fuel trim I believe on his car?
