Default Putting 2007 Sti front end on WRX?

Like the title says I have a friend of mine that runs a body shop and he asked me this question. I have no idea so I told Him I would ask here. So will a 2007 WRX take an Sti Front end? Not sure if he is talking about just the front clip or if it would have to be a full fender, hood and front clip. I guess the answer will answer. Lol

Also I'm still driving the WRX current body shop is still waiting for parts for my SHO that Lithia Auto Body F'd up. Avoid Lithia Auto Body at all costs the bill to fix what they screwed up is higher than the estimate to fix the original damage. Out of the 6 months I have owned the car I have drove it for 2 not happy.

Fenders, hood, headlights and front bumper swaps right over... May have to do headlight harness for hids but that's plug and play..

I agree it has been let's make it happen.

I Will hopefully have it by this weekend. Called Ford myself and told them my story. They escalated the parts request and its on its way 2 weeks earlier than expected.

If it's going on a wagon, it might be different. You may have to swap the whole front clip.

I did it on an 04 wrx and had to swap front clip plus radiator support.

If it's model year for model year it's just skin swap stuff.
So bumper skin, fenders, and fender liners.
Trust me on this. It's a VERY easy and straight forward swap.

Are wagon WRX front ends and 2.5i sedan front fenders the same?

'06 and '07 WRX sedan and STi are the same, hood, bumper, scoop, everything as far as I know. WRX wagon is where the difference is, the fenders and fender liners are the only things that would need changed, the hood and bumper I think are exactly the same still.

Nope, at least 2002-2007, RS and later 2.5i sedan had the bulged fenders, the wagons, even WRX, did not.

Just curious because I'm sure the '06 fenders I have for sale are bulged.

If you had to swap the radiator support on an 04 WRX wagon, you did it wrong. All you need are the fenders, fender liners, and bumper.

And IIRC the 06/07 WRX/STi have the same front end.

Wagon vs Sedan do have a different front.

The difference between a wagon and a sedan (impreza, wrx,STI) should be just the bumper and fenders since the fenders on a wagon don't bulge I believe the bumper is also slimmer than a regular sedan. At least that's what I was told.

pretty sure its fenders on a wagon are different. sti and wrx bumpers are different when it comes to mounting the side splitters. other than that all the bumpers are the same.
