I for the most part deal with Sheehy Subaru in Springfield (purchased vehicle from their chain) but since both of these dealers are not exactly near me and I've in the past had some not so great experience with Sheehy. I decided to try Annapolis after dealing with Jackie in parts and realizing that these guys know their stuff and keep many OEM items, not to mention aftermarket parts readily available unlike Sheehy.

Long story short I had white smoke coming from under my hood Thursday night and ended up taking it to the dealer Friday morning. Rick was my service adviser and I initially spoke with him on the phone that morning and he told me he would be able to get me in. They got my car in the shop and diagnosed the issue IMO rather quickly compared to my experience at other dealers with various vehicles I've owned. My normal experience is that you and your car sit for hours before they actually look at the vehicle.

The entire time I was there every employee that I interacted with was nothing but professional and courteous. My warranty was covering the repairs and an error was made on their part which caused me to be without a vehicle the entire weekend instead of just Friday. Rick allowed me to retain the loaner vehicle without hesitation until I had an opportunity to call the warranty people on Monday. Everything was cleared up with them and I was able to pick up my vehicle yesterday.

There was a very minor issue after picking up my vehicle but it was quickly resolved and again nothing but professionalism was displayed in resolving the issue, the tech Mike who worked on my vehicle went on a test drive with me, problem was identified and resolved. I would also like to mention that there shop was pretty damn clean and fully staffed, maybe I have just been going to the wrong places but my impression of this dealership is very high. Again my warranty covered this bill and I actually get 10% off of work done at my normal dealership...however I am starting to think the professionalism displayed here and the peace of mind is more valuable than the 10% discount.
