Seriously?

So I am pulling a 24 hour shift and for some reason 1 hour before I get off I have this feeling that I need to check out my car. I walk outside to see my passenger side skirt laying on the ground next to the car with all the clips broken off... WTF? Someone had to intentionally break it off because there is no damage to anything else on the car. So if anyone by any chance has a passenger side skirt lying around I am in need of one.

I've only had a chunk of frozen spit on mine so I guess I'm lucky(?). That blows. Hope you can get a deal on a replacement. Would your insurance be able to help?

WGMG is things that piss us off.

Seriously? would be a thread of things that blow us away. Things that aren't your every day occurrences...like a side skirt laying on the ground.

My turn:

Last night I was on the off-ramp from Seward to Tudor. I poked out and merged into the right lane heading east since it was open as I was coming out. Unfortunately there was an SUV speeding over the bridge coming down behind me. I sped up to above the speed limit (about 5 mph over) fairly quickly, but he decided to try to make a statement by switching lanes and gain speed to go around me. I speed up, my wheels slipped a little and my car jerked towards the passing lane where he was. He panicked and hit his brakes, although I'm fine with (read: used to) my car sliding on a straight line (it's the curves that get me,

), so I didn't lose control of the car. Anyways, I merge around a car in the passing lane as we get up to the light, successfully closing this guy out from both being next to me and following me.

He proceeds to get into the far right lane that turns from Tudor south onto Lake Otis and start yelling at me, cussing me out, "Hey, man, you're going to **** up your car driving like that!" Some other phrases I didn't really decipher. Seriously?

I just took it as, "Hey, man, nice car! Don't wreck it!"

Try having your STi wing ripped off your trunk in the Century 16 Theatre parking lot on Thanksgiving Day. All 16 bolts in the flesh and a piece of the wing still bolted down that I kept as a souvenir =P

So I feel your pain. There are some ****ty people out in this world. They won't get far in life though.

Either way, Haters are going to hate.

So I got home and managed to "kind of" get it to stay on until i get another. I refuse to drive around with one on.
