Default Best interior deep cleaning method?

What is the best interior deep cleaning method? gutting the interior and taking apart the seat covers and putting them into the washer? shampooing it? or just plain vacuum?

there's a tool on auto geek called the tornado it hooks up to your air compressor and you can use this to deep clean, but steamer is probably your best bet, any good interior starts with vacuuming so start there and work your way to other parts of the car.
