So thursday my car stranded me on the freeway and hours later and a tow ride home realize its a rod knockin. Anyone know someone or a good place to get a engine for a 04 wrx

I'll have to throw up a LV of the last motor of kevin's that i put a base map on, the thing was freaking silent! If you don't end up down there rallyspec blocks are also very nice, and metric isn't a bad option either.

If you re just looking for an engine and plan to diy, there's a shortblock on ksl for 450. Another cool guy I got a good experience with was max. I can give you his number but it's easier to go to ksl and look for a guy parting out wrx s and subarus in general. Good to do business with.
