Thumbs up AEM Short Ram

I installed this a couple of weeks ago, but wanted to give my little review.

Install: Very easy. The instructions were right on and there were pictures that go along with it.

Sound: Pretty loud. You can hear the sucking and then the sweet blow-off right after that. I have a PDE downpipe, HKS exhaust, and HKS BOV BTW.

No complaints so far. I reset the ecu, took it for a little spin and then got on it a little. This is a very nicely made piece. Here's a pic of it installed. Enjoy.

My aluminum spacer didnt fit flush, but it worked after using a lil force or stank if you will. I did drill the new hole. Just followed the instructions and handled it. It is a K&N so just clean it as you would any other filter.

I got this through a friend for a really good price. I'm pretty sure this would work with some FMIC's.

Check out Gruppe-S.com (previously German-Autowerks.com) . They have this for ~$158.

The STi grill and headlights also look nice.
