Palomar Mtn on Sunday

There'a a sportbike meet on Sunday. There will of course be plenty of cars as well. We'll be taking pictures. If anyone else is interested in attending, please reply here.

are you sure this is a good idea? sportbike people hate car owners. they are big and get in the way. or did they invite everyone to show up?

That's what I was told. There's gonna be some pro riders out there as well as some Porsche guys too... so why not have some Subaru's as well. They said they had a couple of Subaru's on their last mountain run, and they basically used them as moving cones

Sounds dangerous for the riders. Too many cars trying to keep up with the bikes could be a bad thing for them.

we don't hate cars as long as they don't get in the way as we scrape our knee around the turns =) hmmm, take the WRX or the bike up palomar.... decisions, decisions....

The bikes are headed to Fontana raceway, so the Mtn is going to be a good place to do a photo shoot. I will be there on Sunday with gear in hand.

Don't forget SCIC's only Mustang driver, I will be there the new brakes and rotors are going on in less then an hour. This way I won't go WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

Just a reminder:

We're doing high res 6.2 Megapixel (upto 16MB each) photos, not video. So, there is no reason for anyone to get stupid

8:30 am at the In-N-Out on Mira Mesa Blvd (close to the 15) we leave by 9 am.

Bring FRS radio's if you have one. (Channel 5 - 5)

Pack a light lunch and bring plenty of water. I'll be at Modern Image / MI Shield most of the day today if anyone has any questions.

Not only is the res insane, but it takes 8 of them within 3 seconds

and yes they're perfect for posters. I believe the new printer will print 13x19 inch photo quality pictures all day long.

ponders the cost of the ink..... o my. is it a prosses color printer or an ink jet. i want a 4 color press.....

But there are so many WRX'es in Davis it's unbelievable. And they're all driven by hippy types and chicks too!
