Zack if it's Ralph in Orem/Provo he really knows his ****. He has rebuilt 4 engines that I know of and they are still going strong. He also just did another one of my friends water pump, head gaskets and timing belt and his car has ran great ever since. The dealership (****ty ass Mark Miller) quoted my friend something like $1,900 Ralph did it for $900, he does great work and doesn't try and screw everyone over like most mechanics do just to make a few extra dollars...

Another +1 for Ralph. He built my PPG transmission in my wrx and it was great. He knows what he is doing, has super fast turn around time, and is very reasonable on his pricing.

I have heard he is super busy lately so if you aren't in any hurry he would be good to use.

he did my trans when I blew out second. I'm super satisfied with the price and quality of work. But yes he is pretty backed up on work right now.

Ralph is a good man, along with being an even better mechanic. He's worth the wait and $$

Ralph is a great guy. And a really good builder. I could not be happier with the work he has done to my car. He is also really good about giving you advice and help when you need it. I probably call him at least 2 times a month to ask him questions and he is always really good about answering my calls or calling back ASAP. He is a one man show down there and he is always busy if you don't mind having to wait your turn he is definitely the best bang for your Buck. And you can sleep good knowing that he did all the work. I would recommend him to any one he knows his s***

Ralph built my motor and also did my flares. Awesome to work with, super dependable, though sometimes you do need to be a little persistent. Like most have already said, he is very busy but in my opinion he is worth the wait. 10,000 on my motor and it has had zero issues.
