Default EJ22t block EJ205 heads in 98 legacy

This is the build list for my 1998 Legacy. I have all of the bottom end components and fuel system components. i am planning on running a 16g evo turbo and am wondering how the car would handle given the crower cams. I also have the harnesses and ecu and just sent them off to iwire to get merged. Another thing i am sorta foggy on is gaskets for my block and the head gaskets. I know with most Subaru engines they have a complete OEM gasket set that you can order on rallysportdirect. But with my build being a hybrid im confused on which head gaskets to run and where exactly to find a worthy gasket set.
