Angry Window Wipers not spraying!

Hello I am new to the forum. I just bought a 2002 wrx not long ago. I took it to the dealership to get the 120k service. After I got it back, I noticed a couple of days later my Nozzles werent spraying!

When I press the button for a squirt of washer fluid, the wiper blades move but nothing comes out. I do not hear the pump as well.

This angers me because I noticed that the dealership forgot to put my Window Washer Fluid tank cap (P/N 86615AA060) back on and my nozzle isnt spraying when I got my car back!

I tried checking the fuses in the hood but the list under the fuse cap is kind of cryptic. Keep in mind I am a total noob. If there is anything you can recommend please let me know!

I assume the plugs were replaced for the 120k service? The washer bottle has to be removed for that. They probably forgot to plug it back in. No big deal. Take it back, or do it yourself. Look at the washer bottle, and near the bottom, you will see the pump. There is a connector on the pump, make sure there is a wire connected to it. If not, look for the wire in the general area, and plug it in. If you can't find it, take it back.

For reference, here is a picture of the washer bottle removed. The connector is at the bottom.

If you need a new pump I have one sitting around. I would sell it for 15 bucks shipped

The pump and wiring connectors are color coded - wagons have two pumps, one green one black. The sedan will only have one, but iirc it may have both connectors on the harness. Only the correct one will plug in, so if it's not going on easily, it may be the wrong connector.

I would definitely check this first because it happens to the best of everyone and I have seen it happen before.

Thanks. I am going to check that wire plug on the tank. Do I need to jack it up or can i just stick my hand down there and feel it out.

And lavid, I might take you up on that

Oh yeah and I checked the fuse and it looked good which would make sense why the wipers are still working.
