Exclamation low oil but just replaced!!

hows it going guys i just replaced my engine oil last week & yesterday out of curiosity i wanted to check the oil level. it was on low just barley making it on the L & it was a bit dark. i used Valvoline full syn 5w30. car has 87k miles no check engine light have ever turned on. it does smoke gray smoke but that's cause its cold. please help am i looking at a turbo rebuild or motor rebuild or anything else?

do not use ANY 5w30 oil in it and you will be FAR better off

Did you check after put oil in and running engine for a few minutes?

Yeah, was it full in the first place? how much did you put in?

yeah once i did the oil change i checked the oil level & it was a bit short on full.

Most likely you noticed the drop because oil filter and lines drained out during oil change and it had to fill those and not positive but I think that your car is good bro

Was this your first oil change?

Top it up correctly and then check it again after you drive it some, that is the only way you will know if you are losing or burning oil. These cars can burn oil...

today i checked the oil level right after work & its on full but i have some oil resedue on the bottom of the tmic. what does that mean?
