He then proceds to show me how great his exaust was. (it did sound nice).
I have to assume this kid thought I was in some kind of FWD car or something... because it was in the middle of a down pour...

GREEN-----> c'ya bye
I was well accrost the intersection by the time he started to get the rearend to stop spinning... He was 0WN3D... bad

I pulled up next to a 5.0 with 3 skinheads recently.
It was dry.
The one riding shotgun looked my White WRX Wagon over and asked "is that thing fast?"
I asked back "d you know about these?". He knew it was AWD and had heard they can corner really well. When the light tuned green I demonstrated that the aren't bad in a straight line either.

I've yet to line up with a WRX... though I would like to see how well one would do againt my stang. I think they would be okay, but I can get out of the hole pretty quick (sub 2.0 60'). I did run a Viper the other day and kept my front bumper at his rear bumper.... I was happy.

Can't wait to get me a WRX!!!!!

Up to what mph were you on the Viper's bumper?

My friend has a Supra TT with 425RWH, and he
barely pulled on a Viper with exhaust up to 125mph...
so if you're doing that well, you got a fast friggen stang!

Now, now. You shouldn't be street racing....

But if you are going to street race, it's so GOOD to see 5.0 Mustangs getting their a**'s handed to them! Used to own a Cobra, traded it in for a black WRX, couldn't be happier! Half the cylinders and every bit as fast (oh, and made in Japan, so it's not in the shop every two days!)

Keep up the good work....uh, that you shouldn't be doing. Shame on you!

I was out last weekend doing a little stoplight action. It was just starting to rain so it was quite slick. First an old 60s mustang reved at me.

I asked him if he knew I had AWD. He said yeah
Then I asked him if he was sure he wanted to run em
He said, nice car, did your mommy buy that for you. PUNK

Then I bit later an LS1 Z28 rolled up on me, we raced from a roll and he walked me pretty good. We got stopped by the next light. I threw him a little rev at him. He laughed and said "please". I told him I bet I'd beat him through the interesection, and he started reving. Well light changed, he spun I lunched good and put 3 cars on him. He wouldn't even come up to me after that.

I love all cars, but some owners of American muscle just don't know the beauty of AWD.
