Default Fml, tuning/diagnostics issues

Ive been struggling with some tuning issues for the last couple months. Finally converted to top feed injectors and that solved the misfires i was having but I'm still having issues when doing the maf tab in romraider to tune.

Ive replaced the maf, boost leak tested, replaced the front 02, replaced the injectors and fuel rails with a topfeed setup, converted to top feed injectors, parallel fuel line routing, 20gxt with all supporting mods.

I feel i know a decent bit about subies at this point but this has me baffled, as in want to drive the damn thing into a wall baffled. Is there anyone out there with substantial diagnostics and tuning experience that might be able to figure this out?
