Default Divorced DP on RHD Turbo EJ20G?

Hi folks, I'm struggling to find out whether I can install a divorced downpipe in my STi V2 (which is RHD Japanese import). The part in question (Stromung divorced shorty DP) pictured below appears to be wider than the stock part, which might interfere with the steering column shaft circled in red. Anyone have any experience doing this upgrade, is it possible?

I have a divorced invidia downpipe on my ver 2 wrx ra and it worked out fine. Hope this helps you.

Thanks, I found photos of UK guys running the Stromung divorced unit in their RHD cars so should be fine.

Kyle, did you feel any difference in the behaviour of your turbo after you installed the new DP?

Not really, only thing I've noticed is you can hear the turbo alot better =D
