Default Harness Install Question

This is how it came with the car, basically the harness is clipped onto the skinny part of the Sparco harness bar. It doesn't seem right to me though, shouldn't it be wrapped around the fatter part of the bar? Or is this acceptable? I want it to be in compliance for future NASA/Lap Battle events. I tried to email Jason at Innovative but the email didn't go through for some reason.

yeah. that's wrong. the skinny part is to keep the wrapped harness from moving eft or right behind the driver.

it should go into a clip, then around the bar and back into the clip like the link.

That is not Correct. You will want to actually wrap the harness around the bar like you see on the left of this image.

Ok thanks, yeah it just didn't look right. I'm not sure if it was just clipped there temporally or what, hopefully it was never actually used like that.
