Default A/T Fluid Change

I'm looking to change the A/T fluid and front diff. fluid in my girls 05 WRX. What brand do you guys suggest using?

I would use Type F transmission fluid. http://www.redlineoil.com/product.aspx?pid=52&pcid=9
People who drag race with an automatic usually use type F fluid because it makes the transmission shift a bit harder & faster. It will feel like you installed a shift kit with this fluid.

I'm pretty sure that would be really hard on the transmission? This is just a stock WRX.

Redline is a bit more expensive than others but most people swear by it. if you dont want the type F. You can use D4 ATF, its redlines version of dextron 3(recommended on subie AT
And diff is usually 75w90.
