Default Cutting out at around 8-10 psi

1992 JDM WRX is running well until it get about 7-10 psi into boost. The car has a 550 Rob tune along with the 550 injectors and a Walbro 255lph fuel pump. Once it hits around 7-10 psi it stutters bad and I back off. On Idle the AEM Wideband gauge bounces around a little between 12 and 14.(maybe coils missing a bit) The car runs pretty good if i stay out of boost. I'm pretty sure there are no vacuum leaks but I'll triple check that. Can a bad BOV cause this? I unhooked the BOV and drove it a bit and when i shift and when its cutting off I get a sound that reminds me of a BOV. Is that Wastegate flutter or some kind of big boost under pressure leak? Coils? What should my plugs be gapped at, I have never checked that?

I just read somewhere that there are 2 speed sensors or something in the tranny and if they are not both working the car will cut out. There was a speedometer cable under the car not hooked up and just wrapped around something to keep it out of the way, the other end was behind the radio and not connected either. My car has a US dash swapped in and is connected to the trans.

I had the same problem when i bought my car ,then I got the original coils and the problem went away. If you can get the 02 wrx coils they are much better.
