FS: (For Sale) FS: Houston only 08+ WRX/STI Seibon OEM CF hood

Hey all,

I am selling my hood as I have bought another style CF hood. The hood for sale is a OEM style carbon fiber hood by Seibon with all of the holes drilled underneath to place the OEM intercooler splitter. Please note, the holes for the windshield washers are slightly too small for the stock ones. As far as I know, this is on every seibon hood made. People will just shave the hole larger, I was not that brave and just left them.

History of the hood:

I had the hood on the car for maybe 4 months. During that time the car/hood has ALWAYS been garaged and only saw daylight on the occasional weekend or car meet. There is NO yellowing at all and has been waxed multiple times. The fitment is PERFECT! If it wasn't, I am honest enough to say so.

There are only two issues with the hood (be it small issues). The separate peice around the intercooler inlet tends to separate at the top. Easily fixed with some 3M double side tape. I am too lazy to mess with it though. Also, in pics below, there is some very slight cracking on the clearcoat (clearcoat only, very shallow) on one side of the hood scoop. It is only noticable if you look at it from a certain angle when the light hits it just right. (we had to use certain angles and flash to get it to really show up)

The cheapest I have found online new is $620 before any shipping. I am looking for $400 for the hood. Please PM me for any further information.

This is the little bit of wrinkles I had mentioned. Again, you have to catch it in certain light and angle to see it:

I have seen this hood in person several times. It looks great, if I didn't already have one I would be all over it. I would have asked $500 local, awesome deal for someone.
