Default reading spark plugs

sorry for low quality picture.
I need your help: how do you think, what can we say with those spark plugs? does the engine consume oil/water? lean running or reach? does it have predetonation? there is #1 to #4 from left to right. as you see #2 and #4 have some kind of white color on the top. that white color is only from one side of spark plug, another side of those two plugs are normal light brown color. also, on #1 and #3 there is little amount of oil in thread and washer area.

thank you in advance!!

Plugs 1 and 3 are fine. Your engine may be running a tad lean with plugs 2 and 4.

An old Canon 3MP point & shoot in macro mode would take a better pic.

thank you for answer.

why I wanted to hear your answer: I understand those sparks a bit, but THIS ENGINE IS CONSUMING ABOUT 0.5-0.8 LITERS OF OIL IN EVERY 1000 KM. that means my problem is turbo oil seal or exaust valve steam oil seal? I think this way, because if such amount of oil is burned in cylinder, sparks should have sludge or carbon on it?

thank you in advance!
