Default What fogs for bugeye?

I've been poking around the web looking for fogs for my 02 Wrx. Where can I buy them? And is there an aftermarket company that makes usable ones?

Search on here, a lot of people replace the stock bugeye fogs with Hella 500/500FFs. Some companies make mounting brackets for them as well.

Hella 500FF. You'll need brackets to mount them in stock locations, search on here to find where from (rallylights carry them IIRC).

Lol@kiel, you beat me to it...

500 and 500FF are NOT fog lights, they are driving lights (e.g. Highbeams).

They do make a fog varient however...

My understanding is that the 500FF are driving beams, and the 500 are fog beams.

Nope!

500 is fluted lens (or what Susquenhanna calls Classic), 500FF is free-form reflector... both driving lights.

They make the 500 in a fog and a 500 in a driving configuration... they are not the same thing.

Driving lights will blind you in the fog (try turning on your high-beams in heavy fog).

My FF's work well in the fog, surprisingly.
3000k HID's and their 7" from the ground. Never have been flashed and had a few friends drive past and they all have said it's not blinding.

My bad. It's the 500 fog. The 500FF is only in driving lamp configs.

He is correct. I have had two sets of the 500ff dogs so they do indeed come in both the driving and fog patterns
