Good trick. Especially for the 2011 guys on stock throttle body hoses. Those things pop off even at stock boost

Learned that one after having a FMIC coupler pop off under 33PSI on I76 a few years ago.

Uhh ya. It was..umm..scary.

It was a coupler that was hidden by the bumper and undertray too. And of course, 1AM.

I freaked when my intercooler hose popped off under 18psi. Can't imagine what 33psi sounded like hahaha whooossshhhh. Hope you had a basic tool kit in the car

Nope. Didnt have AAA either, and was a few hundred miles from the shop. Slept on the side of the highway waiting for the truck and trailer.

Oh and I spent a good two hours tracking down a boost leak and finally got it, all hoses are tight as heck. It sounded like I had a tornado under my hood. Haha at least it's fixed

did my clutch and flywheel today. Those are great. My slave cylinder not so much haha. Just bought one putting it on in the morning

On old exhuast bolts, Id rather have them snap and replace them anyway.

Yeah except the dealership was closed and I used other ones and now one nut is cross threaded comming of the Downpipe, have to fix it tomorrow, I don't have anymore time tonight

Two 9s and a 7 aka a donut gasket and the two bolts that go to the DP from the catback
