The only significant failures on theses coils happen when the dumb ass vdubs slam it all the way down my boy in Maine has a stage 2 tuned 2004 sti he has run them for 3 years now and has no problems brings his car to the track weekly and runs it at least 10 times no problems at all

There have been at least 2 documented snapped shafts here on nasioc, from cars that are street driven and not "slammed to the ground"

Hey guys! So we have had a few bike nights at the shop (Norm Wagner toyota) n a few car meet events. Well this Sunday we are putting it all together. This Sunday starting at 3 will be the bike night / frs/ brz release event. Bring your cars n your bikes! We had a good turn out last time if we have a good turn out this time then the next one we will have a go kart track set up fenders and music. Help us make this a regular event!! N also I would love to see the subaru's turn out blow the scion turn out , out of the water! Let's make it happen bring your subie bring your bikes! And if you MUST, you can bring your scion haha. Those of you that I'm fb friends with should have already received and invite.
