Opensource tune - $50. Had the Cobb OTS stg 2 map on it originally. The opensource tuned turned my car into a completely different animal.

I paid $100 for a set of 17" subzeros and p-zero neros in good condition lol.

Sold em for $450 2 days later.

Does anyone know where they sell the WRX license plate deletes?
The ones that say WRX on it, sorry I don't know what it is specifically called.

Here you go.
As far as the best mod for under $100, I would say the Kartboy short shifter would have to be up there. Going from stock to the SS is a huge difference. I don't like driving without one.
