When you come out of the theater and you and your buddies girls are complaining of the cold because there is a newer model sti in the parking lot and you have to check it out. In our defense, its new in town and never saw it before tonight.

When you get your first speeding ticket in over a decade of driving and the cop says, "I'm tired of you ricers with your big wings tearing up the streets". My wife laughed at me when he left.

Cops can ticket for even 1 over, it's just a matter of if they feel like giving the smaller ticket or waiting for a bigger ticket.

+1

I got a ticket for 2 over in a little town in the middle of Wisconsin. I spent about 15 seconds in front of the judge before he threw it out.

I got a ticket for a 5 over in a 70 zone. :/ they really do hate us don't they. Gave me a fix it for my tint and a warning for the exhaust. Thank you previous owner.

Yeah, I'm aware of how the law works. I've just never lived anywhere they didn't give you at least 5 and often 10 over before they'd even pull you over. I've only ever gotten tickets when I was doing 15 or 20 over, and even then they only write them for 10 over because you get a free pass in court if your record's clean for the last 3 years.

I'm white and the car is white....the struggle is real I just paid the ticket, it was only $68. Got to love bored cops who don't like STIs. I'm ok with it, I hope I was the worst he dealt with that day. Cops have a hard job, I'm ok with getting busted for breaking the speed limit.....even if it was just by a little.

If the area is full of lifted trucks and domestics, they love to mess with the import crowd by doing things like that.

Your turbo outlet hose cracks and blows off the turbo, leaving you stranded on the side of the interstate.

^ i think that is just more of a flat brimmer ricer thing. I only see pedobears on various types of riced out flat brimmed cars. Cobalts and civics mostly.

Wait... Mazda 3's too.
