Torque Monster? ... Really? I think that title should be revoked as I think the only person with less torque is on a TD04... Not naming names or anything.... but I think Garlin would like his title back.

Not likely. The .01L in displacement sure isnt gonna do it... Nor will the equal length headers. :sigh: You can lead a redneck to gasoline but you can't make him drink it...

We will see. I will have the platform for any route i want. Yes his E85 tune may render nice numbers. But pump gas to pump gas. He has a challenge.

Correct me if im wrong.

Massive TQ is caused from lack of flow through the heads. Reason being the TQ curve dramatically drops right after 4-5k???

Some head work and e85 should make less tq, and higher & more flat HP curves. right?

You have equal length headers - Thus you are still wrong. He will still make more on pump gas.

doesn't matter what he makes on pump gas. he's not going to ever run it again. not even if theres a fire!

having EL doesn't make you a torque monster. what is your TQ number on your current motor? because i believe i made more TQ than you, stock turbo, stock block, stock heads. bolt ons and EWG.

also...hobbs is right. the .01L displacement really ISN'T going to make a difference on a stock turbo, stock top end, and mostly stock car. maybe 7whp. thats a liberal guess.

Where do you come up with this?

High TQ numbers are a result of poor flowing heads? really?

Here is a really poor flowing Z06, Look how the TQ drops off 100ft/lb

Ohh and you'll really like this! Here is an EVO X, These heads must really suck. 448 down to 330

I'll get you a scientific explanation of what causes torque later.

So lack of flow isnt the issue? reason why a fp green on a 2liter makes more power than a 2.5 flat 4 on pump and e85?

EVO X-505whp/448TQ difference of 57
Z06 - 451whp/419TQ difference of 32
Garlin-E85 361whp/444TQ difference of 83
Andy-Race GaS 413whp/356TQ difference of 57

Since you are so much more knowledgeable, not being sarcastic. Please explain as to why each car makes the #'s it does. I'm asking cause im curious. Not to have somebody who flex's their knowledge about how much more they know.

Is it the turbos? is it the motor? is it the tuner? TGV deletes? port and polished head?

Its like equal length vs unequal length. Loss of TQ, but higher HP gain due to better flow?

Id like to know is all, not a person to tell me im wrong, but to correct what i stated.

Get it??? Mister Popcorn?

If im correct, you are learning as you go just like anybody else. Unless you knew it ALL before you were born.
