Default Timing

So I had to replace the key on my crankshaft to reinstall an errant crank pulley. I pulled my timing apart and successfully aligned the timing. I cranked it a few revolution manually and the marks on the cams remained aligned. Now it won't start and I'm fed up. What could be the cause of this? Is there anyone in the Clearfield Layton Ogden area that would be willing to lend a hand?

Make sure that they're not 180 out.

I bet its something simple. Walk away and come back and just look at it. If it ran before it will again. Check your sensors and marks more then once.

How do I check if they're 180 out? Also how would I go about resetting the sensors?

Take pictures of your timing marks, left right and center and then post it here. I bet you lined up the center crank sprocket with the "^", but it should be lined up with the "l"

Okay The Alignment was dead on and the crank shaft isnt 180 out. Could the cams be 180 out?

check the crankshaft sprocket and make sure there is not a missing tooth on the sensor ring if there is one missing it will not start. also check for bent or just cracked teeth on the ring

It was the timing ring. I replaced the crank sprocket and it started. Thank you for all of your help and energy!
