Nice build! Mine is pretty similar, except I'll be throwing 50/50 meth in the mix and I'm stayin IWG for now, but I'm shooting for that kind powerband! Some speedo vids would be greatly appreciated, just, ya know, a suggestion...
How's it feel on the street?

I'll get some videos this weekend. Going for a drive on some country roads.

Power comes on a little later then my VF43 but when it hits it carries it all the way to red line whereas the VF43 dropped off pretty quickly. Feels amazing on the street. Gets up to speed much faster so gotta be careful.

Good to hear, as I'm runnin a VF39 at the moment myself. How long are you expecting the stock gears to hold up...?
And I was curious about your reason for going to with an EWG, but I went with the 10cm instead, so I was thinking catless divorced WG down pipe instead.

I think as long as I'm not slamming the gears I'll be ok. I'm planning to upgrade the trans in June so I'm not too worried.

I went with the EWG for better boost control and better flow up top. Down the road I plan to build the heads, go to a FMIC, ID2000s, bigger fuel pump, and E85.

Not yet. The closest place public gas station to me selling e85 is in Fredericksburg, about 45 minutes away. Once one opens up in Richmond I'll be making the switch.

I just installed this same turbo and I have cat less divorced dp. When I installed this turbo I had to slightly modify the divorced piece in dp just slightly.

thanks for the video! mine seems pretty similar as of now. i will have to take one once i am finished.

did they tune your car in 3rd or 4th?

random question do you ever smell fuel after doing pulls? just wondering since you also have ewg, and maybe this contributed.

is RVA roanoke by chance?

RVA is Richmond VA.

I'm not sure what gear they tuned. I believe 3rd.

You talking raw fuel? I get more of an exhaust smell but that's pretty standard.

Thanks for the vid. I hate to sound all needy, but I'm anxious to see how it really performs, and I'm sure all us soon-to-be 1.5XTR guys would love to see a 1st-3rd gear run.

I'm headed to the dragstrip April 13th. I'll get some good videos then.
