Default Ballin on a budget

Hello NASIOC! I'm Matt and this is my build thread for my first car. To begin I would like to say that this thread will be painfully slow due to a high school budget which sucks but as my friend colin05wrx would say "you gotta be ballin on a budget!". I'm open to all of the criticism/opinions that people have and with this thread I am mainly looking for that and suggestions on what might make my car look/perform better without breaking the bank. This thread will be updated when I get new parts or pictures, Thanks for looking!
mods
Tanabe df210 springs
Invidia n1 race catback
Carbon fiber fenders(gone)
04-05 wrx rear bumper
04-05 tail lights
eyelids
Prodrive lip/s204 lip
Seibon carbon fiber trunk(gone)
carbon fiber hood scoop(gone)
K&N typhoon short ram intake

Here's some pictures of when I first got my subaru in october of 2011.

The first photoshoot I had with a couple of friends with wrx's and a lonely evo...

ewww...

Just kidding! I seriously love this car and it looks even better now then it did back then.

Then I got it lowered by the kid with the evo and Colin05wrx. I love the way it sits on the tanabe df210, it rides great and looks great too...

After looking around I decided to get the prodrive/v-limited lip combination.

And since all of my friends ridiculed me about my car sounding "like the wind" I decided it was time to get an exhaust. Colin05wrx car has the invidia n1 race and I seriously loved the way it sounded so that's what I got.

Thats how it sits as of now, there should be more mods coming as soon as i graduate so keep a look out for random updates.

Nice start.

Did you buy it with those fenders? Cause they look awkward as hell.

I didn't want to say it, but I agree, I thought they were unpainted at first.

Yea, I've been trying to get rid of them but not too many people want carbon fiber fenders apparently. I will just rock them until I can find some fenders to buy locally or something because in person they really dont look too bad now that I have the lips.

Fenders have to go, or you could always paint them.

I vote for paint. They throw off the overall appearance of the car. But very nice start!

As for the fenders I am in the process of swapping with silver ones I just need to find time to take mine off and go get the new ones. So keep a look out for an update sometime this week because most likely that will be it.

@akfmx Thanks! Its got just over 120,000 miles but still running strong!

@jfarin615 That was just a little thing me and a couple friends used to do.

Why not paint the fenders? Can't argue with losing a few pounds off the nose of the car.

Plasti dip looks good when you first do it but it doesn't hold up very well.

Just paint them. Gun metal or graphite looks god with silver and it hides the brake dust well.

Photoshoot with some friends and it turned out awesome.
