Default help!! lol new shortblock time!

ok guys, ive got a 2004 WRX with a ej25 shortblock so its a hybrid build. has a borla tbe and a ebay silicone godspeed inlet (that im pretty sure sucks shut during boost and only lets me build about 7-8 lbs) before it blew lol but before it blew it blue smoked untill it warmed up so it ran dry of oil and started knocking and now it wont even start. i would say rod bearings? but anyways ill find that out when i tear it down. i need some advice on where to buy a nice forged shortblock mostly for reliability reasons but because ill be upgrading turbos soon from the td04 to a vh39. and also any tips on whats gonna be a bitch stripping it down?? if i get a perrin inlet will it suck shut like the godspeed?? thanks alot for the replies. i also accept criticism but dont be an a$$hole. thanks again )))

Thanks I found a real nice forged shortblock for 3100. I guess all I need to know now is what do I need to expect from the tear down? And will a perrin inlet suck shut like the Godspeed one? Thanks guys

I'd go with amr its cast aluminum and I here its alot easier to instal than any of the other ones. Comes with a 2.4" and 3" fittings also its a nice piece
