Default I love this car but im losttt

My 91 legacy turbo I just bought has many cels. I've cleaned nearly every plug and sensor. ive done all reg maintaince and I've check the vac lines by eye, but there pretty old. I've got new Batt and new alternator because someone recommended it. I've done one ground to the terminal I'll do the main one to the block Tom. I'm Gunna try and do as many vac lines as I can. I've heard a lot of it being an ecu problem because I have about 6 codes about. so it varies (iac tps knock sensor cam angle sensor maf o2 air flow aens atmospereic press sensor) thats some of them they come and go. the turbo seemss to spool sometimes and not others, either way the car bogs and falls on its face more often then not please anyone can point me in the right direction!

thnks

The first few days I had it the light was on off almost with the throttle sometimes, it would stay on all day then be off ten mins very random and the abs is on and off but I'm sure that's something entirely diff. Now the lights jus stuck on but I have been playing around with everything

You should try typing in sentences; I can barely tell what your problem is.

So you have a bunch of CEL's? Why not replace the sensors for which the codes are being thrown?

sorry i was on my phone and rushing. its not the sensors that are at fault i know this much. I've been told its either a bad ground or possibly bad ecu. theres to many codes for it to be all of them. could this be caused by a vacuum problem?

Could this be somehow be transmission related I went to merge in the highway and The Rpms shot up it happin a few times today. I've noticed wen the light is on and off it seems it's when I'm on and off the throttle

It's very difficult to follow the problems with the way you've expressed them in your original post.

Cleaning a bad sensor does not mean the problem is fixed. Bad sensors generally need to be replaced. A list of codes from the check engine lights would be very helpful if we're going to diagnose your issues over the internet.

Probably the reason your engine won't rev above a certain amount is because of the knock sensors. If they're detecting engine knock, they will put the car into limp mode.

The best thing you can do is to stop trying to rev the engine up when it's obviously having issues.

First thing's first - reset the ECU and then see what codes pop back up after you've taken it for a nice drive.

I have done that I have tested lots of things. and it doesnt always limit rpm. all these problems come and go, and the codes are air flow sensor, idle air sensor, knock sensor, throttle sensor, cam angle sensor, and atmospheric pressure sensor.

Sounds like your car keeps going into limp mode. Check your knock sensor and make sure it's still ok.
