Thanks I used to detail on the side when I was on shore duty... Unfortunately people don't wanna pay for good detailing as it can get pricey as its usually an all day thing. They would rather go to a car wash where they rub some wax on there car and call it detailed!

How long did you have your PBP before you started seeing swirling? My PBP was bad from day one.. as soon as the wax wore off from the dealer I could tell how bad it was. It looks like you used the same product/process I did as well. Keep us up to date how it looks after your next wash!

Here is my detail thread

You did a great job, and the dark blue will look fantastic as long as you maintain it. My wife's 05 Legacy is Regal Blue Pearl - nearly the same color. It's a great color, you'll be happy with it. But how the heck did a car that new get swirl marks enough to need the orange pad? I use that and a mild compound to buff-out scratches.

Seriously, you've done great work. If you get any paint chips/mild scratches, get the Dr Colorchip kit. Pricey for touch-up, but it's worth it. You're already using enthusiast-quality detailing products.

Everyone keeps talking about the first pic but all i can seem to focus on is the third picture. Not too sure if that is a man or a woman hahaha not like it matters it's just throwin me off with the angle and all i'm seeing are boobs! But also the car does look really nice!!!! Excellent job.

I looked for the boobs too -- I'm a sicko

Plasma FTW -- big reason I bought my car was because of that Blue -- it's my favorite color ever!
