Basically same as Ian but the squealing pads had me ehhh but he said they calmed down soo:
-DBA 4000 slotted rotors f/r
-Either Ferodo 2500 or Project Mu B Force pads
-ss lines
-ATE Super Blue or RBF600 fluid

Anyone have a catback I can borrow for idk, 30min on Friday? I wanted to test if it's my cb making a rattle or...idk eliminate it cuz it doesn't have a resonator being that it was made custom and thought maybe that might be why I have this annoying rattle at 2200rpm med-high load.

Pads squeal until they get bedded in, unless you stick with OEM. Obviously this is not the crowd for OEM pads. They'll be fine after a few laps.

Yeah they did get better after that lap but they just seem to be noisy daily as well. Good brakes for the track but not to sure about daily driving. Sometime this week I will try to bed them again and see what happens.

It was a good day for most, unfortunate for those who wrecked, or were part of it. Subaru's really represented lol, too bad we couldn't get everyone together for a photo op.

It was good meeting you (briefly) wrxfr3ak227, armysoldierboy, subydrewski (i saw you but you were heading out onto the ring).

Christian from DC Autoservice, thanks for the dc shirt, I ended up leaving early to tow an RSX back to baumholder. I did not know that towing on the autobahn is illegal, just glad we didn't get caught.

We'll see how the next couple months go as I am supposed to be leaving soon within the coming months.

You are closer to the ring than I am, haha! You head to Frankfurt from your position then to the ring. You may even have a faster route than I being in your position. Think about it and let us know, the more the merrier. In the end if you can't make it you are missing out on one of the greatest experiences you can go through with your car. Plus bragging rights back in the states.

CHECK OUT THE DATES BELOW GUYS!!!!

Sounds great, I will do my best to get out there for your meet. I don't see this being hard for most since this one is so far out. We would most likely only be there for Saturday and Sunday unless we get a four day weekend from work. See you then! This should be an easy one guys.

**** it. put me down for 30Jun, unless something happens otherwise. I need to find new tires, I was lucky I passed inspection, only because I made a big deal about the inspector bottoming out the car lol.

Yeah, I kinda yelled at my inspector when he just yanked my parking brake as we're doing the brake road test. Did not expect that.

Put me down for both June 30- July 1 and August 4th (solo, woo! lol). I'll have to check the calendar, I may be in the field for the ISDC meet. The more I think about it, the more it's likely. Dang, that would be cool, plus probably the last time I'll be able to beat on the car for a good while. We shall see.

UPDATE!!!

Alright, I am noting both of you for the trips stated. SubyDrewski, I am joining you on the Hock trip if it allows. I was timid for that one not knowing what the guys thought. Numbers are growing once again. I am itching for the track sooooo bad and it's so far away. Hopefully I can beat my 8:24 time this upcoming trip. Drive it like you stole it!

Those pictures are sweet, nice looking cars as well. I cannot wait to hit up the Nurburgring. I just hope my car gets there in time for a good track day.

I just ran a 8:24 on my last trip. My average last year was 8:49. I bumped my HP this year though so that helped.

What kind of power are you making? Suspension mods? Driver mods?

I'm guessing the other cars around make it difficult to make a good solid lap.

Good bit of mods you have there. I would love to see what my current weight and setup could do. Although my tire size is limited to about 235s if I rolled my fenders. I need to find a place to service the DMS coils though since right now it rides weird.

What are you running? I had a stock STi keep with me on the track but it's a Spec C and a good driver. Other than that out if the subies one other rolls with me at those lap times, brranger. He is leaving soon though, sucks! If your still in the states I would do it there before here. I am sending mine to the states in the winter for refurbishing so it may be a bit of a hassle.
