I'm sure you saw the pictures of my car in the Germany Roll Call thread.

I need to redo both front and rear anti-sways since I didn't do end links and the rear is for an STi and it didn't fit inside my endlinks. I feel I may snap an endlink at any time pushing it through a corner. I figured it was a deal I could not pass up for $50 though and have seen other people install it like that.

There are so many things I want to do before the Nurburgring like get a set of Brembos and more power parts. IDK if that will happen with what I want to do over there to my car. It's plenty fun in it's current state though.

I won't be there til next spring/summer and I hear it takes for ever for the car to make it across the Ocean.

I saw it, those are great models. I would love to track the crap out of one of those. Keep looking on forums for used brembos, buddy found some for his rex for cheap. Your stock brakes will work but may start to fade towards the end, thats why my buddy bought his. Worst comes then you can just roll shotty with me and help me out.

Ha ha yeah I plan on doing a Brembo hub swap I found full bolt on and everything 5x100 for $1300 shipped. Still debating on brakes or what upgrades to do. It's always so hard to do a solid all around build when there is so much that can be done.

Everything still. I ordered the parts but they didn't have everything on stock yet but they said within the next few days they would. I ordered

STI Nitrated Crank
92.5mm Manley Pistons
Manley rods
ACL Bearings
DW 850cc injectors
255l walbro pump
11mm Oil pump, water pump, timing belt kit, and oem gasket kit
SS valves, new guides, springs and retainers from Brian Crower
Grimmspeed electronic boost control solenoid
Blouch-18G-XT Turbo
ACT clutch and flywheel

Edit:
I should be picking up my Prodrive bumper and JDM STI scoop from the paint shop tomorrow hopefully, with today being a holiday, might be pushed back a little.

This sounds like a pretty epic build.

Why the 18G-XT? Just curious I am looking at blouch turbos as well.

With the added displacement of the STI crank and .5mm overbore, Stephen at IA Performance suggested that size and was reading my mind also. Was asking for a moderate tune since the 5-speed is made of glass, and until I'm able to afford a 6-speed swap that will do good for me. We are expecting about 300whp, give or take a few of course.

Ah still got the 5 speed ok, I can see that maybe causing a bit of an issue. Although I will say that I've seen 5 speeds handle quite a bit of power and survive.

So you are going to have a franken 2.5/2.0 build, from what I've seen from mine it's a very good combination.

Not quite a frankenstein build. Still keeping the stock block and putting a stroker kit in there. But I've read good reviews on both though, I'm just happy with the 2 liter. Thought about keeping the stock stroke and moving rev limiter to 8500, but probably would of had the same powerband with this set up as the the higher revving set up just at different rmp ranges.

Decided not to go with the 207 hum.
Im going to try for all these dates. I might not have everything installed by the 30th, so i might just roll out to met every one. Im hoping to have my 207 installed this weekend, but im doing something stupid by doing a reverse intake manifold. so the long part is fabricating the fmic piping.

I really wanted to, and still do, but I'm not going to wait for the canadian rail workers to end their strike

If I am correct you started your timer early on this. The bridge is after that first hard turn where the original starting grid line is just before the first long left. You started it at the Bilstein sign, way to soon. This would make your time to 8:41 btg.

as far as im aware bridge to gantry is the bridge over the track with the bilstein sign and the gantry is after the last corner on the main straight away the reason for this is that on the tourist days the straight is closed at the devils diner, but maybe im wrong if i am wrong ,im doin great laps for a 205whp wrx

Man I wish was there already. Closest thing I've got to the ring is VIR. Definitely doing some HPDE's to get my "driving legs" back.
