Impreza WRX The ReBirth of my 02 Bugeye

I bought my Bugeye WRX about 3 weeks ago. I previously owned a Forester, then an Acura RSX (done with Honda for life vtec=slow) and now I'm back to Subaru. She has lots goodies that came with her and I bought it for $7k cash! UNFORTUNATELY it had bad tires, I took it for a drive on an extremely rainy day last Saturday and hydroplaned, causing me to spin and introduced the back end to the concrete median. Passenger side frame rail, quarter panel, and floor is smashed. Luckily I have been in body work since 2012 and my dad owns his own collision repair shop, I already have a full back end same color that was delivered from the junk yard. I am repainting the WHOLE car while i'm at it.

Here's some progress pics, I feel like I'm pretty far ahead for only 3 days of work:

Aftermath

Got the donor rear end the next Monday

Stripped rear end

Stripped Door Panels

Passenger Side Body work (first body work so far)

Still smiling!!

UPDATE May 11, 2015

I cut out the floor, quarter panel, frame rail, and any other frame skeleton pieces that needed replacing.

Then I cut out everything I need to from the donor. The rail is welded in, floor is mostly welded in. The bolt on parts are mocked up for now as well as the quarter panel. (Ran out of gas on day 1 of welding)

Looking to hopefully get it into paint by Thursday!
I decided on a classic 50's Chevy color

Will post updates as I go along. Thanks for viewing!

I also bought this shift knob because..... it's unnecessary.
