I've been meaning to make one of these for awhile, and I just made one on another forum, so I figured I'd post it here as well.

I am the third owner of this car. I'm sure some of you have seen pics here and there. The two prev. owners were/are sort of active here.

The car is Cobb Stage II tuned at the moment and I am pretty happy with the current power output. I would like to get tuned on E85 in the future to gain a bit more power, but as it sits, the car is pretty competitive with other cars with more power. This is also sort of a stepping stone for me. I plan to race open wheel eventually and I didn't think going from an 08 Impreza with 101.5 hp to the wheels to a powerful, light, rwd open wheeler would be a good idea.

Future plans are pretty simple. I want to do a full flat bottom with front splitter and rear diffuser. Been looking at alumilite, just waiting for some extra money lol.

I race at Miller Motorsports Park in Utah in a local series called Lap Battle. I'll hopefully be running in NASA ST2 next season.
If you are looking for a car to sponsor, hit me up. i can always use more tires haha!

Thanks for looking!

spolcom, buy fender flares, install fender flares, buy coilovers, install coilovers, buy 10.5 wheels and be happy.

or you can substitute fender flares for a widebody kit but that's $$$$$

I have everything except flares.. The only question I have is what size offset do I need and if I need spacers since I don't know if that wide of rims rub in the wheel well

thanks everyone!

spolcom, i bought the car with 10.5s on it. the previous wheels were +18, so i knew the +15 rpf1's would fit. but with that offset, the wheels poke about an inch and a half out from the fender. so that's where the flares come in. the fender is also cut bigger under the flare to make extra room for the tire.

+roll and/or pull fenders.

Here's a great link from tehclap's wheel elitist pages. He's the man and one of the og's in big aggressive wheel fitment. Cheers

if he's doing the flares there is no reason to roll/pull fenders since he will literally have to cut them off

Awesome. I bought my 04 in April and bought that issue of SS in an airport soon after. Love that car. Simplicity and functionality.
