Hopefully you didn't throw away the original legacy key casing, it's good to have a back up badge handy lol
I got the parts from xluben, so I only had the remote and the flip housing. No actual legacy key. I need some double sided tape for STi fender badges that I'm painting. I'll see if I can use that for the key badge.

You can buy the OEM Subaru logo if you'd like.

Going for that R206 fender badge look?

This is the stuff I'm using for both the fender badges and the key:

You can find it at your local autozone.

No need to be sorry! I may look into a little plastic bushing or washer in the future to take some on the play out if it bothers me enough. I am loving having a flip key though!

Actually, I misspoke before- the roll pin the holds the key blade tight to the flip mechanism WAS tight when i received the assembly but must have loosened up some when the key got cut. I just punched the pin in a little more and it is MUCH better

Been using this key for about a month now, still get excited every time I flip it open. It's just one of those simple mods you have to have. Quality on it is great too. Doesn't feel cheap at all.

It's really not too bad once you get into it. After you've done it once it makes a lot more sense. It's just hard to read/understand all at once.

This reminds of Tron and it looks awesome. Would definitely go with my black and red theme I've been doing to my wrx.
