Mostly moving there because of the band, actually. We keep flying back & forth from Dallas to Nashville, and every time we go there it just seems obvious that we should make the move. As soon as someone buys/rents the band house here, we're out.

Got confirmation tonight that the 19mm spacers finally shipped! Now I can finally start putting everything together when I get back in town this weekend. Since I had more time to dwell on this whole project, I decided to order the necessary sensors to get a speed density tune. Hoping that it helps with the smoothness/driveability/accuracy of the tune, especially when I upgrade the turbo in a few months.

IS that a push fitting to -6an with a clamp on the drivers side shock tower?

Good luck with that.

Yes it is, because we were like 8ft short on the amount of fuel hose we ordered. Had a perfect amount for the feed line and the fuel rails, but absolutely none left over for the return line. Got a push to -6an adapter and clamped the correct size hose from the hardline to the adapter. Not worried. If I'd known the spacers were going to take 2 weeks to get to me, I would have just ordered more fuel hose.

Sounds like you routed the feed from the tank possibly through the airport before making it to your engine bay. I ordered the same about of hose, did my feed, return, surge tank, and rails, and still had enough to give you a small show of my zip-tie trick at my kitchen table.

noooope

Either I got shorted, you got more than you ordered, or we didn't order the same amount.

Have been in the garage all weekend. Re-installed power steering pump, alternator, AC compressor, radiator hoses, and belts. Got the engine wiring harness back in the car and hooked it all up. With the help of some colorful vocabulary and repeated test-fitting of the intake manifold, finally got it in place. Figured out a new mounting place for the FPR, after realizing that it was preventing the hood from closing all the way. Installed the turbo inlet. Started cleaning up the vacuum lines. Torqued down most of the fuel rail stuff. Cussed at the injectors/rails for making it impossible for the injector harnesses to clip into place. Lengthened/spliced wires for the speed density sensors (MAP and IAT). Heading back for more...

Ran the rest of the vacuum lines and got the vacuum distribution block mounted, got all the hoses & wires underneath the intake manifold settled into place, and completely finished everything fuel-related under the hood.
I think all that's left is securing the last couple of FMIC pipes, torquing down the intake mani, finishing the air/oil separator hoses, re-installing the coolant reservoir and intake, and triple-checking everything.

Thanks! It's still busier than I was hoping. The engine wiring harness is such a beast!

Another late night. Clamped down all my FMIC piping/couplers. Installed the BPV. Ran the last few vacuum and coolant lines. Now to finish up the AOS, hook up the battery, pop in the intake filter, and double-check everything. As soon as COBB sends the base map, I'll fire her up and tow her to get tuned!

Hooked up everything to the point of being "tune-ready" (i.e. the AOS is connected but not permanently mounted, the front bumper is off, no strut bar, etc). Reconnected the battery for the first time in a while and primed the fuel pump repeatedly to check for leaks. All fuel bits seem good to go. Loaded the base map that the tuner emailed me, and the car won't start. Seems like it just doesn't want to spark, but the spark plugs never left their place, and the coil packs are definitely connected correctly. Barring some huge issue that I'm completely blind to, my guess is that the base map didn't cover some of the changes I made. Hopefully that's the case. Just reserved a trailer from U-Haul and will be towing her to the dyno in a few hours.

horrible lighting, but here's an idea of how she looks right now:

The car will be on the dyno tomorrow morning! Cobb wanted to change a few things about the setup (not using the manual boost controller, etc.), so they made those changes today and will tune tomorrow. Can't wait to get it back.

Something about your RPF1s and fitment is just perfect, more so than others with similar setups. Car looks great, that 2nd photo in the op is perfect, anyway you could put up a high res of it?

Finally got the car back yesterday! Made 301hp/355tq on Cobb's Mustang dyno with 93oct. Not bad for stock turbo and 102*F ambient temperature. I only got to drive it for about an hour, then had to leave town. Can't wait to get back, put the bumper back on, and really go for a drive! Will post the dyno sheet when I'm back as well.

Back in town! Took some time yesterday to reinstall the front bumper, back seat, alt shroud, strut bar, and underpanel. Will have some good pics of it after getting it washed.
