Feeler: Help me move and buy a 2013 GTR

I know this is a impreza club but was wondering who may be interested!

Title says it all

Short story...

Fiance moving and got offered a 2013 for $200 under MSRP (Need to make deal before someone takes it).
If I can sell my current GTR I will move with her and buy the 2013, if not I'll keep the GTR and move next year.
Would like to move with her at the end of this month.

Mods on the GTR are in my build forum.
Seth at P3 did all the install.
Car is currently at CCA for a rewrap.

Car will come with all mods and two sets of wheels with 90% tire thread life. (Blizzak and All season)
All season tires currently on car.
All fluids were changed at 48k
(Oil change every 3k miles or 3 months, differential needs to be replace every 12k miles and tranny oil needs to replace every 12k miles.)
Will come with extra tranny fluid which cost $1k
Alignment done a week ago at BMW

Car was brought at 36k miles current miles is 48k
Out of the 48k 3/4 of them were from driving up from Texas.

Got the car for $55k looking to sell for $68k
My loss your gain. Paid 2k for installs and 1.5k for wrap. About 12k for parts.
Your getting a steal as your getting extra wheels, all my performance parts, tune, a new wrap etc.

I don't need to move with the fiance by the end of this month but would like to.

Again this is only a feeler I don't care what you have to say.
If no one wants I will just keep it and finish my plan for it.

I could but dealership wants me to ship the car on my own expense which will cost me 5k which I really don't want to as it will be about 5k for enclosed shipping.

Would like to sell it locally so I would have more money to put down on the new one.

Got it. I hope this thing sells for you. Gas prices are only going up and it's summer time, so people are wanting bikes. I've been trying to sell my car for a bit now, but it hasn't been an unusual amount of time compared to the FSXT and STI.

I'm going to have to check a comparison between the 2009 and 2013 when I get a moment. What excites you most about having a 2013 over a 2009?

So, Akusa fed. credit union has 3% financing available. If you financed the entire sale price ($68,000 @3%=$2040 interest per year or about $10,200 over 5 years). This is all rough estimates, I'm not amortizing these figures. so total financing would be $78,200/60 months on a 5 year loan=1300+ dollars per month.

Thats before insurance, maintenance, registration, etc. etc.

Yeah lol and differential is about $200 for fluids so your looking at $1.2k every 12k miles
Maintenance is the same as M3

As for oil you can change it every 6k miles according to the book but I do it every 3k miles or 3 months which ever hits first.

There are a ton of people here in alaska with more money than they know what to do with. I'm sure if you advertise in the right place, shouldn't be very difficult to sell, especially a rare car.

Well that is true with Alaska USA, but even at 3% it is still a hefty car payment. It's tough though when you get in that price range. There are M3's out there and the car I was originally looking at in SoCal, the mighty M5 V10.

$200.00 under MSRP is not a deal in my book lol. You bought it for $55,000, but are selling it for $68,00.00, did I read that correctly? Is this the one with the messed up differential/tranny from the tow truck screw up?

Anyways, good luck with the sale. Someone out there will want it. Would be easier to sell it in the lower 48 though for sure.

Yes it is =) It's screw up so you should stay away lol
As for the price I like where my price sit.
As for a new GTR $200 of MSRP not in your book but it is in mines.
I'd like it to be local and would like to sell before the 30th but if all else fails oh well it just means i finish my build and stay up here for another year.

$1221 @ 60 months @ 3% your interest is a bit off as well. Interest paid decreases as principle decreases...just saying...
