Default CEL cyinder misfires

I drive a 2002 2.5 rs only mods re an AEM cold air intake and ACT stree light flywheel. Recently my CEL came on, i had the car run on the system at auto zone and their computer says that all 4 cylinders are misfiring. The car does not act like it is misfiring though, it runs fine, pulls fine without hesitation or bucking, the only thing unusual is that it doesn't always idle at the same rpm, it ranges from between 500-1500, but it has always done this and the car has not thrown the code before. I bought new plugs and wires figuring that at 123,xxx i might was well do them anyways, i have not installed them yet, but i am just curious if anyone knows what could be causing this code, any help is really appreciated, thank you.

**fyi this clutch and flywheel were recently replaced (275 miles ago), but i don't think that this would have caused the code.

I guess you have not read the stickies or searched. Common problem when going to a lightweight flywheel. The code will not happen right away.

I didn't do a search relating flywheel and misfiring because I didn't think that would have caused it. I read that sticky before I bought it but I had forgotten that it said that, sorry. What causes it to throw this code and is there anything I can do to fix it, or do I have to deal with it?

Thanks for the help, also what is this valve you speak of lol, I am a noon to car parts.
