If you already used it rinse it off. Use another rag with water, don't be afraid of too much water and it getting everywhere. then just dry your dash off. FYI, I work for a dealership and those detailers use degreaser and armor all everywhere. The insides of cars are usually soaked after they are done.

For normal cleaning the dash I just wipe it off with a damp rag. In your case windex would probably be best.

....just for the record, there is no need to get everything "soaked" nor do you want to. Something like a cotton or microfiber towel dampened with hot water will suffice. If more cleaning action is needed/desired, you can use an APC that is safe for interior surfaces (making sure to follow any dilution recommendations on the label/instructions).

Personally, I use a dilution of Meguiars APC+ for tougher jobs. You can also use a weak solution of a mild soap like Woolite. ....making sure you rinse thoroughly with a dampened towel. Follow up with your dressing/protectant of choice (if desired).

Mild biodegrading cleaners like simple green or Clorox green works(?). Microfiber. 303 aerospace over the top when it's dry.

Its just plastic. Just dont make abrasions.

Woolite works great for cleaning interiors!

If you have a steamer that's always a great way to clean/disinfect or you can get some all purpose cleaner to wipe it off then do a highly diluted mix of alcohol and water...
