Default What is this crap?

As of last year I started to get this yellow crap on my car. I think it might be pollen?? It falls from something in the air (trees are my guess), starts as a liquidy/powdery substance and then dries rock hard. I get TONS of this crap on my car whenever its super sunny out and when i clean it off it leave a little yellow mark behind thats a bitch to get off. So if anyone can help identify what this is so i can eliminate the cause that would be awesome!!

So far from googling the crap out of this i determined its not bee poop (which i also get, but thats easier to clean).

I mean it could be, but even sitting outside the other day i had it land on my arm. Just seems awful big to be bug poop. Sometimes the "lines" of this crap is an inch long...

Not pollen. Pollen is a really fine yellow powder, washes off easy.
If you've got a lot of trees it could be caterpillar poop.

Tree sap forms small, clear, sticky drops, and washes off easy.

<-- Has a LOT of trees in his yard and no covered parking.

I don't think its tree sap, the stuff that landed on my arm was like a thick liquid. When I tried to wipe it away it smeared and smelled pretty bad, not real potent but it didn't smell very good that's for sure.

You don't think it could be like a clump of pollen?

Definitely not bee poop, here are some more pictures of "smearing" whatever this crap is, so hopefully it is some kind of poop so now its all over my fingers...

That's definitely some type of doo doo. It's in a doo doo shape. I hit it with a couple squirts of quick detailer and wipe clean. It can be pretty stubborn though.
